In this post, I am going to talk about the alternative to using a luxury sports travel outfit like RoadTrips.com. Let's be honest, the average sports Joe either can't afford to drop $10,000 on a trip to the World Cup, or if he can afford it--he may have better things to spend his hard earned money on than the World Cup or maybe even the Olympic Games. My point here is: to each is own--no one can tell you how to spend your hard earned cash.
Nevertheless, perhaps one of the best strategies to make your Brazilian excursion to the 2014 World Cup more affordable may very well take the form of the Brazilian Timeshare market. I did a little research and found a number of purported timeshare renter's, sellers and resellers who want to either rent, or sell their timeshare interest to motivated renters and buyers like you for a price that you can afford. From time to time, and going forward, I will be blogging about the various Timeshares that are available in Rio de Janeiro, and throughout the rest of Brazil or at least the Timeshares that are within close proximity to Rio or one of the other 11 Brazilian cities that will be hosting the 2014 World Cup, specifically cities like Sao Paolo, Salvador, Brasilia or Natal. 
My goal is to present the best time share rental and purchasing deals that I can identify. Hopefully, the information that I post here will be useful to your in your pursuit of finding sweet, cost-saving travel deals to Brazil next year. One such deal that I found is a real money-saver at the Plaza Praia Suites (above) in Fortaleza, Brazil which is located in northeastern Brazil just north of Natal. This is the perfect time share deal for someone who doesn't have a whole lot of cash to fork over in one sitting. The timeshare at the Plaza Praia Suites, a one-bedroom that includes modern amenities right on Brazil's Iracema Beach. Another nice time share deal that I found on the market is priced for sale at $7900, but it is larger than the timeshare above, and "sleeps four."
